Renting package

With this package we take over from the moment the accommodation becomes available, until the moment of the key transfer with the new tenant.

Our services start with an introductory meeting. During this introductory meeting, all points regarding the rental mediation are discussed and we explain how we work.

We advise on the rental price of the property. After your approval, we will prepare the property for publication. We provide the photos and measure the property to make a perfect advertisement. We place this advertisement on our website, partner websites and on various Social Media channels.

We take care of the viewings with interested candidates and after a tenant check and your approval, the potential tenant can sign the lease. Then we will take care of the key transfer.

We understand that every property is different and that is why we would like to meet you without obligation. We are also very flexible and are open to great cooperation!

Management (plus) package

Management package
In addition to rental mediation, we also offer management. In management we have 2 package. Technical and commercial management and full management. Full management involves the technical, commercial and financial aspects.

With the management package, an inspection of the accommodation takes place twice a year. We look at:
- Any defects of the living space
- The condition of the living space
- Garbage and hygiene
- Expiry date of fire prevention measures
- Junk mail

If defects emerge during the inspection, we will then make agreements with the tenant or landlord about any repairs.

Fixing technical faults and coordinating maintenance work is also part of our package. If the work is of a larger size, repair and / or replacement will be carried out after your approval. In such cases we will ask your permission in advance and you will decide who will carry out the assignment.

Management plus package
With the management plus package, the above is supplemented with financial management. From the commencement date of the lease, the rent to be paid to the landlord upon receipt. In addition, if desired, we provide the rent increase annually. We ensure that tenants meet their payment obligations. In the event of any arrears or rental debt, the tenant will be addressed professionally, clearly and according to a fixed procedure or, if necessary, admonished, including collection procedures. We also take care of the settlement annually.
